The Labasa soccer team has to improve in some areas before their final pool match against Ba in the Innk Mobile Battle of the Giants tournament this afternoon.

Coach Epeli Levaci said he is not satisfied with Labasa’s performance against Nadroga yesterday even though they won the match by 5 goals to 1.

Both teams have already qualified for the semifinals but this match will decide who is the top team from pool one.

The Ba and Labasa match will kickoff at 6.30pm and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station Radio Sargam.

Meanwhile, in the first Premier Division match, Tailevu-Naitasiri defeated Rakiraki 2-0.

The match between Vatukoula and Lami is currently underway.

The Fiji Football Association is expected to make a decision in relation to the protest filed by the Nadi soccer team against Lautoka soccer team player Jone Nailogi last night.

Their grounds for protest are that Nailogi applied for his transfer from Tavua to play for Lautoka after the transfer window period closed.

Fiji FA will fully investigate Rewa soccer’s complaint against Labasa soccer’s Posiano Kalisito after the completion of the Innk Mobile BOG.

This means Labasa’s six points are secure and they will surely play in the semifinals tomorrow.
