Fiji’s voice of soccer, Raymond Stoddart says the team that can hold their discipline at playing 90-minute football will emerge victorious in this year’s Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants at Churchill Park.

With Rewa, Nadroga and Navua out of the tournament, Stoddart has labelled Lautoka and Ba as the teams to beat this weekend.

“The Nadi-Navua clash is a must win for Nadi to stay in contention for the semis. Later in the evening when Labasa takes on Ba, it will be pool finals ending they will be fighting for, Pita Bolaitoga will miss this match – a blow to the Labasa midfield as he has been inspirational, Ba has shown they are a class side that can play 90-minute football. The last match, Suva also needs to beat Lautoka, impressive last night and they look good. Suva may find it difficult on home turf. Overall, poor fitness has been a factor for teams. Labasa is glaringly unfit, and it makes you wonder what they have done after games last Sunday in Labasa. Either way, semis tomorrow will be interesting.”
